Calling India

I am starting this thread to share everyone's opinions and suggestions to identify the best services for making calls to India. Starting with my own experience, I know most of us always struggle to get the best service provider in terms of voice quality, faster connectivity and cheaper rates for making calls to India. Most commonly we use Airtel, Reliance or Tata trueroots or some other cheap calling cards. Each of them have their pros. and cons. other than the voice quality. I have been using Voip over the years and have tried many of them. Recently using Voip had been a bit clumsy since they stopped accepting credit cards. Few days back while searching for a better Voip provider I found YupeePhone.com, though they had a mixed reviews for their services, I thought of giving it a try and I really loved it, its the best of all I had used so far. Its a Michigan, US based company (Almost all of other viop services are owned by betamax co, based in Cologne, Germany). YupeePhone accept all kind of payment methods and their transaction reflects immediately, i.e. you get your account details as soon as your transaction goes through, for example if you pay by credit card, you get you account details in your mailbox box within fraction of a minute. If you want to use your phone for calling India, for those fanatic about using airtel, reliance or tata trueroots only because you can use your phone with their services, YupeePhone does the same if you call thier local access number, you only have to enter the pin first time and your phone gets registered with them (I guess if you use pay as u go plan, U can register as many phones as you want). You can also save numbers for the speed dial so that you just have to dial first their access number which you will have in your phone book and then speed dial number you assigned to your destination number followed by # and your call goes through, isn't it simple and convenient. Other than that their suggested Voip softwares are also most impressive and have many options. So if you want to use your computer, your call is just a click away. You can also make conference calls by connecting several calls at a time using their softwares. 

Now the most important part their calling rates (there are no hidden fee or charges or connection fee like with many other calling cards) -

Pay as you Go Plan: $ 0.019/min for All India Mobile and $ 0.026/min for India Landline if you choose to use Pay as you go Plan (I would suggest this if you don't make too many calls to India). I think this is the cheapest in the market for such an amazing voice quality and wonderful connectivity, with the discount the effective rate would be $0.016 for mobiles. Now they have also started giving 120 min free every month even on pay as you go plan for up to 4 months even if  you don't recharge. So you get 480 minutes free altogether.

For those who spend more time over the phone, they have plans like Unlimited calling India for $ 39.95 which is $ 35 after discount (their fair usage policy says 3500 min a month) that comes down to effective rate of 1 cent/min.

Apart from above all, You get rewarded like a cash back credit card when your refer it to someone and the referred customer also get discount.
